Jake Hardee is currently working as a legal intern with his limited license at Marcus, Hardee, Piñol & Davies, LLP. Jake is currently a 3L at the University of Idaho College of Law in Boise and is set to graduate in December 2020. He will take the bar exam in February 2020 and will be able to start practicing law in April 2020. Jake is excited to join the family firm where he will get to learn and work alongside his Dad, Dan Hardee, and is Uncle, Greg Hardee. He is also excited at the opportunity to work with Rich, David, and Joe and the amazing team of paralegals at Marcus, Hardee, Piñol & Davies, LLP.


Jake Hardee has been a lifelong resident of Boise, Idaho. He graduated from Bishop Kelly in 2010 where he lettered in football and basketball. He then graduated from Boise State University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science. While at Boise State, Jake walked-on to the football team where he eventually earned a full-ride scholarship. Jake’s accolades while playing for Boise State include: Competed in 45 games from 2012-2015; 2014 Fiesta Bowl Champion; 2015 Team Captain; 4x Academic All Mountain West Conference honoree; 3x Mountain West Scholar Athlete; 2016 NFF Hampshire Honor Society Member; CoSIDA Academic All-District Football Team; and a William V. Campbell Trophy semifinalist (2015) given by the National Football Foundation for outstanding football ability, academic excellence, strong leadership, and citizenship throughout the community.

Jake is currently at the University of Idaho College of Law and is set to graduate in December 2020. He is married to his beautiful wife, Natalia Hardee, and looks forward to raising a family with her in the near future.
